Bonnie Prince Charlie's plaid sells at Phillips Edinburgh A fragment of the plaid of Bonnie Prince Charlie, left at Moy Hall in Inverness-shire after the Rout of Moy in 1746, was sold at Phillips Edinburgh on July 2nd (1999) for £1,725 ($2,777).
